The Croatian Citizenship Act recognizes several types of investments that can lead to citizenship, including:
Investment in real estate: Purchasing property or investing in a real estate company.
Investment in an established business: Starting a new business or investing in an existing Croatian business.
Investment in government bonds or Croatian company stocks: Investments of at least €200,000, held for a minimum of three years.
