Yeah, I kinda know how you feel. My 6 year old girl already asked for Instagram account! I was afraid at first, but then I found this article about how to talk her out of it. And it helps!

Take him to sports. Or you as a parent, you can play with him active sports. That way he can see that elders such as his parents love to do it so he would too hopefully.
